Residence accommodation Dublin location
ISI Dublin student residence in Stoneybatter
Our main residence is located just 20 minutes’ walk from the school in the lively Stoneybatter neighbourhood. With its village-like feel, the area is full of independent cafés, craft beer bars and cosy restaurants, and it is also home to Technological University Dublin.
Stoneybatter attracts a mix of artists, students, young professionals and long-time locals. Its colourful streets and community atmosphere give it a unique charm. Nearby Smithfield, with its large square and industrial architecture, blends old Dublin character with contemporary urban living.
The area is home to several cultural institutions, including the Leuchtturm-Kunstkino, The Cobblestone Pub mit traditioneller irischer Musik und dem weltberühmten Jameson-Brennerei. Smithfield was voted the second coolest neighbourhood in the world by Zeitschrift Time Out im Jahr 2023.
Occasionally, ISI Dublin uses residences of similar design and quality in other neighbourhoods. This will be advised at the time of booking.
