Classes are led by ISI Dublin\u2019s experienced English language teachers, using a communicative methodology focused on practical, everyday communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This course is part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/teachertraining.studyinireland.ie\/erasmus-courses-for-teachers-in-dublin\/\">Erasmus courses for teachers in Dublin<\/a>, designed to support educators who want to improve their English, develop professionally and experience Dublin as part of their Erasmus+ mobility programme.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Course content<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>General English:<\/strong> Participants are tested and placed in the appropriate CEFR level. The course includes orientation, needs analysis, setting learning outcomes, language focus and skills workshops, assessment of learning, one-to-one feedback and a certificate presentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The course covers general English skills, pronunciation activities, communicative exercises, writing assignments with feedback, communicative projects, assessment of learning outcomes and progress tests with feedback. Using a communicative approach, participants focus on real-life communication, exchanging ideas, opinions and experiences that are meaningful and long-lasting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Special Topics or Electives:<\/strong> In addition to the 15 hours of General English, participants follow 5 hours of Special Topics or Electives per week.
